GOLDCREST PRIME ENERGY CORPORATION, (GPEC) in short, is a corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) per Company Registration No. CS201817007 dated August 13, 2018.  The Department of Energy (DOE) endorses and interposes no objection to its primary purpose “to engage in the business of import, export and trading of all energy products, such as but not limited to diesel fuel, jet fuel, gasoline, heating oil, crude oil, gas and heavier oil as long as it may be permitted by law and to store, distribute, transport energy/petroleum products and act as agent/representative of energy traders/manufacturers” and shall comply with all pertinent government laws, rules and regulation as well as those administered and enforced by DOE.

The people behind “GPEC”  took ten (10) years to research, study and getting knowledge and experience in the field of oil industry. They even went to different places abroad like Hong Kong, United Arabs Emirates (UAE), South Korea, China and Russia to look and meet their counterpart in petroleum products supply and financing as well.

The Corporation is aware that at this time of extraordinary global economic turbulence with the price of energy products fluctuated worldwide affecting the Philippines, GOLDCREST PRIME ENERGY CORPORATION (GPEC), is willing to be committed to the present Administration initiative to tap new sources of energy products, other than the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in order to enhance competition of spiraling pump prices of petroleum products in the country affecting the whole economy. The Corporation, is willing to import High Speed Diesel (Automotive Diesel Oil) consistent with the requirements for Automotive Diesel Oil (ADO) prescribed by the Department of Energy. To address that the imported shipment of Automotive Diesel Oil (ADO) is consistent with this requirements, Officers of GPEC (brevity), sought an audience personally with the officials of the Oil Industry Management Bureau (OIMB), of Department of Energy (DOE) to address this concerns and strictly comply with the quality specifications standard requirements.

Thus, the Corporation signified its intention as a small player in the energy industry under the Oil Deregulation Law to commence importation.
